1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and engaging the pressure cleaning services of Wally's Master Blaster ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.
2. Services
Wally's Master Blaster provides professional high-pressure cleaning, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway and surface cleaning, car park cleaning and specialised exterior cleaning services across the Gold Coast, Queensland. All services are carried out by trained operators using proprietary methods and commercial-grade equipment. We reserve the right to decline a job where, in our reasonable judgement, the surface is unsuitable for cleaning or a risk of damage exists.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information and images you provide and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A final fixed price may be confirmed after an on-site inspection. We have not raised our prices to help Gold Coast families and businesses manage cost-of-living pressures, however pricing remains subject to change without notice for new enquiries.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit (if requested) and a mutually agreed date have been accepted. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to provide site access may incur a call-out fee equal to a standard minimum service charge.
5. Customer Obligations
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including moving vehicles, securing pets, and ensuring water access where required. You must disclose any known surface defects, fragile materials, or sensitive areas prior to commencement of work. We are not liable for damage arising from undisclosed pre-existing surface weakness.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice or quotation. Our WMB10 black mould eradication treatment is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. This warranty does not cover re-soiling caused by environmental factors, neglect, or acts of nature after the service is completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited to the cost of re-performing the affected service or the invoice value of that service, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
8. Insurance
Wally's Master Blaster holds $20 million Public Liability insurance. A certificate of currency is available on request. Our insurance does not extend to cover your property for pre-existing defects or items damaged due to undisclosed conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images and the WMB10 proprietary formula and branding, remains the property of Wally's Master Blaster and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
