Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service the entire Gold Coast region, including the Hinterland and Tweed Heads. We are also able to service remote locations if required.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: We provide prompt, obligation free quotes. As each job is different we come to you to discuss your requirements.
Q: What chemicals do you use?
A: If chemicals are required, we only use environmentally friendly, bio-degradable chemicals.
Q: How quickly can you do the job?
A: We work in with your schedule to get the job done as soon as is practicable.
Q: What equipment do you use?
A: Our machines range from 1000-4000 PSI.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, our services and employees are fully insured so you can have peace of mind when engaging us to undertake work.

A: Wally's Master Blaster is the longest running High Pressure Water Cleaning business on the Gold Coast. We have been servicing and supporting the region for over 33 years and have an outstanding reputation amongst the locals. We have excellent work ethics and provide an efficient and effective service.
Q: Do I need to do anything before you come and clean?
A: For residential cleans, all you need to do is make sure you don't have any washing on the line and that your windows are closed. Pets should be left inside and any outdoor furniture should be removed from the area to be cleaned.
Q: I work during the week, are you available on weekends?
A: Yes, we are very flexible in our availability. We work in with you to get your job done at a time that suits you. We can schedule your job for a Saturday or Sunday if that works best for you.
Q: Won't my guerney at home do the same job?
A: No, it won't unless you are just doing a small area with minimal build up on it. Our equipment will penetrate through all the layers of dirt and mould and we can apply a treatment to kill the mould, delaying its return. We also complete the job in a much quicker timeframe. In addition, we are able to easily get to areas that you may not be able to access.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept cash, electronic transfer and credit card via our online portal (Visa and Mastercard only). For businesses, we also accept cheques (sorry no personal cheques). We do not carry etfpos/credit card machines
