Open and rooftop parking areas are exposed to weather, airborne dirt and organic growth. Mould, traffic film, tyre marking and surface grime are commonly treated with rotary surface cleaning and high-pressure rinsing.

Undercover Car Parks
Undercover car parks receive little or no natural rain washing, allowing brake dust, tyre residue, oil, grease, exhaust deposits and general grime to accumulate on floors, lower walls, columns and edges.
• Can be scheduled by section to maintain site access.
Underground & Basement Car Parks
Underground car parks and basement parking areas typically collect concentrated brake dust, oil and grease around bays, ramps, turning points and entry areas.
• Combines rotary surface cleaning with ride-on vacuum scrubbing to control water.
Commercial Car Park Cleaning Methods
Wally’s Master Blaster uses two principal methods for commercial and strata car park cleaning, selected according to contamination, floor condition, drainage, access and downtime available.
1. Rotary Surface Cleaning & High-Pressure Rinsing
Commercial degreaser is applied to oil, grease and heavily soiled areas before rotary surface cleaners break down traffic film and embedded grime. A controlled high-pressure rinse clears the surface, including drains, gutters, kerbs, lower walls and detailed edges.
2. Ride-On Vacuum Scrubbing
A ride-on vacuum scrubber washes and recovers water in a single pass, leaving the floor damp rather than saturated. Ideal for large undercover and underground parking areas where concrete is in good condition and quick reopening is required. Carries its own water.
